We are discussing what we are going to do after baby to prevent getting pregnant again until the time is right. I can't do any form of hormonal birth control and I do not want the copper iud. Which pretty much leaves us with natural family panning, condoms, cervical cap/diaphragm, spermicide.. I'm thinking a mix between natural family planning method and also using a cap or diaphragm. Has anyone done this and was it effective for you? We're there any pros and cons you can think of? I'm a little nervous about getting pregnant right away after such a complicated pregnancy and abstinence isn't an option 😉
