I was on Class D medications when I found out I was pregnant??

So, when i found out I was pregnant I was 4 weeks and 3 days according to my estimated due date, but I'm very worried now because I was on Trokendi XR (extended release Topamax) which can cause birth defects such as cleft palate and other birth defects early on in pregnancy, plus I had taken clanozepam a time or two throughout that period since I was on it for anxiety. Plus, I was on adderall for ADHD and I have a history of endometriosis. Can someone relate? Or put me at peace of mind...I want this to be a happy experience, not stressful and worrisome. My first OB appt is September 3 & I am 5 w 3d..
