Late Cycle

I havent had my period since the 17th of last month and I'm 11 days late and I have no signs of sore breasts or any period like symptoms other than cramping.... It be feeling like it want to come on but it just won't come.... I have been feeling nauseous and hungry lately with hot flashes and alot of pressure down below..... It's been years since this I missed my period this long and I even tried having sex but still nothing.... I don't wanna take a test bcuz ik for a fact I can't be or either I could be Pms idk.... This is just a different cycle this month and I'm nervous ... Please help me??
