Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) & Cervical Mucus??

I have been taking 1500 mg of EPO since CD1. I'm on CD10 today. The recommended dose is 1500mg-3000mg. Ladies what is the dose I need to take for EWCM?? Also should I take vaginally or orally??
