Stomach bug

I'm 7w 5d and I have been vomiting for two days and now diarrhea :( my doctor can't say if it's a stomach bug or symptoms of pregnancy? I get nervous something bad is going to happen and I don't have another doctors appointment for 3 more weeks. My dr said the sicker you are the healthier but I just don't know about this :(
