Colonoscopy question

My husband is 28 and went to the doctor for stomach issues. The doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong just by talking to him so he had a colonoscopy today. He said everything looks normal and he still wants to get to the bottom of his stomach issues. He took samples. I wasn't there when my husband was talking to the doctor. The paperwork says biopsy was taken and waiting for pathology results. These words mean cancer in my eyes but the doctor said everything is fine. So idk if he took samples just to makes sure nothing else is causing the stomach issues. Any advice would be great
