GESTATIONAL DIABETES

Macey • Thu, Aug 27 • I have a son who turns one in 3 weeks...wasn't thrilled at first to discover that I am pregnant again. But, my fiance and I are now excited. And working hard to get fully on our feet. 💖

Okay, so I see a lot of women who are saying things like "My baby was 5 pounds at 34 weeks" or "My baby was in the 77th percentile at _____weeks." I know what those things mean lol...I was just wondering how come my doctor hasn't told me if I get to know how much my son weighs at 34 weeks! I'm 34wks 1 day. Do I get an ultrasound or what? I wanna know! I know the diabetes can mean big baby, if not managed. But I've had it longer than we thought...so, maybe I should ask my doctor about this!? Is it confirmed through ultrasound?
