I haven't peed for like 11 hours so would that count? I want to take one even tho I'm pretty sure I already know but I'm crazy lol should I wait until morning or am I ok?

I had a neg with fmu and pos at 4pm that day 2 days before af so I was never against taking em whenever I wanted

They say fmu because it's usually a longer hold, at least 4 hours. If you've been holding your pee for 11 hours then you will most definitely get an accurate result now. When testing you should always have a 4 hour hold at least. I personally never tested in the morning. Good luck!
