LADIES I NEED YOUR HELP!! SUGGESTIONS

So lately I've been experiencing quite a few things. AF stopped last week Wednesday and me and my SO had sex that night and the following. Left for out of town and Monday and Tuesday experienced nausea. Last night as I brushed my teeth I puked and again today. I feel bloated and constipated. I've had light pink blood on panties and then when I wiped I had some but second time I wiped it was clear. Now today I experienced cramping and even more so right now that me and my husband had sex. Idk if any of these symptoms  could mean anything.
