Advice please... 😭

My last period was supposed to start August 22 but came on August 16. I took an ovulation test (clearblue digital) August 23 because I had been done with my period for two days and it said I was ovulating (I got the smiley) tested again day after and I wasn't... I still have been testing everyday because there are like 40 sticks in that box and this morning I got the smiley again... Is it possible to ovulate twice in a cycle.. Could one of them been detection a surge for a different reason? I'm so confused and feel like my cycle is all out of whack
