I have a one month old daughter and made the stupid mistake of having sex with my husband before my 6 week check up and he didn't pull out when I told him to 😭. How will my milk change and how soon will my milk change if I am pregnant?

It takes around 4-6 weeks for your hormones to go down to zero after giving birth so really you won't know unless you go see your ob...as far as milk it will turn back into colostrum between 4-7 months pregnant however with some women it happens sooner, your supply will start to diminish but won't go away and since LO is so young you would have to supplement but you can absolutely nurse thru pregnancy even with just the colostrum it's super nutrient rich so it's very healthy regardless of babies age. I've nursed thru 2 pregnancies and am currently tandem nursing my kids. I lucked out mostly bc my kids were closer to a year before I conceived so my milk supply was well regulated. My

Have you had a period? If you are ebf it is unlikely you are pregnant. Not impossible but unlikely
