When do symptoms start?

So my husband I baby dance on tuesday...ive been nauseous  Wednesday and today and having slight pain in my breast. I know its way to soon for symptoms for a baby but is there any possibility  that they could be? Tuesday  was the second day off my AF.

No. You wouldn't get symptoms in 3 days. Most people don't start to get them until 4-6 weeks. Some even a couple of weeks later.

After the embryo implants. Earliest possible implantation is 6 days after ovulation, and then you'd feel symptoms after that.
