Working out and ttcðŸ’💪💦
So ive researched it a lil but getting mixed advice....I have started a lil work out routine nothing cray i do squats jumping jacks leg lifts what i worry about is the crunches i do im mainly focused on my lower abs and butt and thighs lol but i do alot of different crunches for upper and lower...my question is is it okay to do these why ttc and in my tww??? just a thought because ive actually been having small cramps and its achy down there im sure its due to the crunches but are there any other woman that workout and r ttc? any advice? thanks in advance xoxo
