Also wanted to say I wish I could have breast fed longer. If you think that breastfeeding is hard, it gets a lot easier. Washing up to 8 bottles and prepping and warming is a lot of work too. Once you start formula there is no turning back. In my options for me it was a big mistake because my supply never caught up. Even though she really did need formula in her first days.

I breastfed my son for 16 months. 6 months exclusively on demand, at 1 year introduced cows milk gradually and by 16months he was fully on cows milk. No formula for him, I feel cows milk is much better to transit from breast milk.

1-2 months but I had to supplement with formula from the very beginning. I stopped breast feeding completely by 2 months when she wouldn't latch.

I breastfed my son till he was 4 yrs old. No formula introduced.

My oldest son I was only able to breastfed a few times. My youngest son (for now) is 18 months and still nurses, he drinks cows milk and other things now too. He's never had formula.
