Anyone else going threw this?!?!

My 16 week old baby girl has now decided to start waking up every few hours threw out the night! She use to sleep threw the night no problem. Her sleeping period has all been crazy for the past week. Any other moms going threw this and did your baby go back to her regular sleep schudle??? I'm exhausted again I feel like I have a newborn again!

Yep all part of the game. They go through stages all the time. Once you have one figured out they change it on you! Lol. Just know this will pass and soon you will be missing it. Praying for rest for you!

Her sleep will change a lot! When she wakes is she hungry? She may be going through a growth spurt.

Her sleep patterns will change multiple times so don't get too used to one or another lol. With every development or growth spurt, it changes bit.

They all go through weird stages the first couple of years. It will pass. About 5 months is when I sleep train them in their own room.
