I paint murals and have through 4 pregnancies without any issues. 
I've actually painted while pregnant for a pregnant client who was terrified to be home while I worked. Cracked me up. 
I don't use special paints. Just normal latex. And keep things well ventilated.

Benjamin Moore natura is a good choice because it's allergy friendly and waterborne i used olympic home because of the no voc and because it's waste based.
