Baby movement

I'm 18 weeks and 2 days and I haven't really felt definate baby kicks. Just a few minutes ago I was laying down with my hands on my uterus and i suddenly felt really weird. I couldn't feel anything with my hands but on the inside there was a rolling sensation. It only lasted about a minute. Could this be baby movement?
