Went to the ER tonight with severe left abdominal pain. They did an ultrasound and saw I have a hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary that is about to rupture. Also, I'm 5 weeks 3 days and they saw a gestitational sack measuring 5 weeks but no fetal pole. My hcg level was 6000. They said it probably is too early to see a fetal pole. Even though I am worried. Anyone else had an ultrasound around 5 weeks with no fetal pole but later see a baby?
