What happened??

Question

I missed a period almost completely except for some spotting, got multiple positives and was estimated around 10 weeks as of today. Recently my symptoms started slowly going away and the linea nigra that had formed (it formed early, yes it's possible) started fading. I went to the doctors and their test came back negative. I wasn't due for my next period for almost a week and now I'm bleeding.What happened? Did i miscarry? We were positive I was pregnant..😞 Anyone have this happen?

Your blood test would've shown shown traces of hormone especially at 10 weeks even if you did miscarry. This is odd and I would get a second opinion if you really feel like you were pregnant. The only thing I could think of that makes sense is that you had a chemical pregnancy in which case you
would've had to be much, much earlier than 10 weeks.

I'm so sorry.   If you had been nearly 10 weeks along you would have had blood evidence of pregnancy for quite a while.  Anything over 5 is pregnant, so if there was no hcg in your system I'm not sure what could have caused positive hpts but not show up on bloodwork.  I hope you have your take home baby soon.

I had this happen to me. I was late by 3 days took 2 test both came back positive. Later that same day I began to bleed so I went to my dr and they did one as well. Came back positive even though still bleeding. She said it could be implanting but I knew I was bleeding to much to be implanting. Well a month goes by and I start to bleed again and my family dr told me to go to the emergency room. They did blood work and said I'm not even pregnant. I was so confused and still to this day I have no clue what happened.

I'm sorry to hear your going through this! Did your doctor do an ultrasound? Spotting during pregnancy is very common. I suggest you do a blood test and ultrasound. I think its impossible to get multiple false BFPs. Best of luck to you.
