I didn't vote because it doesn't really matter to me. As long as they know what they are doing & are respectful I'll take either one. Mines just happens to be a man. So far so good.

I have two male OBs and one female. They work as a team in a maternal fetal medicine office. I see one more frequently than the other two, but all of them are equally amazing. Always up to date on my case (even when I haven't seen them in a while) and they are always on the same page with having a game plan. The one I see most is a male and I absolutely love him. My regular OB for other things is a male as well.

Neither, because OBs are trained to see pregnancy as a disaster waiting to happen. Not all think that though. 
So, I'd vote nurse-midwife, or a gentle & empathetic OB - no matter what the gender of the doctor is.

I see both a male and female OB GYN. They are great and I don't have a preference between the two.

I have a male OB and I wouldn't change him for the world! He is laid back but pro-active and makes all my worries go away when I talk to him about concerns.
