Cramping after Trigger shot?!

Is this normal? Did anyone else experience this? I can't get comfortable anywhere today...should I be worried?

It's very normal! Your body is getting ready to release all of the eggs for your retrieval. For me the day of the trigger and day after were most painful for sure. Hope you get some relief soon 💜
