Using Kegel Exercises During Sex
I've recently begun having sex with a guy I've been seeing for a couple months. When I'm on top it's easy for me to flex my PC muscles (like in kegel exercises), so I do. I discovered that he absolutely loves this and it makes both of our orgasms better. Is this something you ladies have also experienced?
