Unsure about my hands free bra...

So my bra pulls my nipples in really hard and it kind hurts, it's awkward to put on, and i can't massage my breasts/ get out the lumps as well with it on. How does everyone else handle these issues? And how do you wear it? Do yall have to take your normal bra off every time you pump and put the hands free one on? And do yall get more out with it on? And lastly, what's the point of wearing it if you have to massage your boobs the whole time anyway?
