I don't want my husband in the delivery room...
For details I don't want to discuss at the moment, my husband and I are in a rough patch. Due to all the stress he's been causing me for the past two months I would rather he not be in the delivery room while I'm having the baby tomorrow (induced).
We live in the state of Illinois and I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can legally do that considering we are married?
