In love with two people

I hear it described like this: it's possible to love people equally, but it is not possible to be in love with two people. I agree with this. The heart can love tons of people. But the heart cannot be in love wit more than one person. I believe love is a choice and I think people fall in and out of love. But you can only be in love with person at one time. What do yall think?
