Blood and protein in urine

Sorry for the tmi. But I went to urgent care for really bad back pain and vagina pain . They said they found blood and protein in my pee but nothing showing infection. Then said they won't do anything because I'm pregnant and to call my ob. We'll I still haven't heard back from her and in so much pain . Also worried this could harm the baby I'm almost 10 weeks. Is this something that should be handled by ob? Or should I try another doctor? Any one have any experience that would help? Ty
