sudden change in my period not sure whats going on

i always been very normal with my period it always comes on time and it last 5 days straight but this month im having a problem because i suppose to have my period since the begingin of this month and now last week i spotted one day in it when away 4 days ago same thing and just yesterday samething . i also been worry because i have never felt my breast so swollen before like this month.
