Blood tinged CM during Ovulation

I'm currently ovulating and it's been 3 days since we last BD. Yesterday and today I noticed there was a lot of CM, but today it was blood tinged. I've never experienced that before. Oh and I have abdominal cramps today.

Has this happened to anyone else before? What does this mean?
