BH & AF like cramps since yesterday.

Since yesterday around 6 o'clock I've had Braxton Hicks contractions side by side with period like cramps that hurt probably on a pain scale around 4/5. I am waiting for the pain to get unbearable before going in.

the contractions seem to be kind of regular, I've been timing them. Have had regualr contraction like this a few weeks ago but they went away by the next morning. These haven't, yet they aren't really getting stronger... I also feel like this is just my body getting ready and it's not the real thing..?? What do u think/what was ur experience with this, other than exhausting. I'm 37+6 weeks pregnant.
