Regarding ovulation

I'm still confused about this whole ovulation thing. First I have PCOS so I have been getting regular periods for 3mths now (back to back). Well lately I have been spotting very light just when wipe. My calendar says I'm on my fertile week. So today I feel like I'm ovulating when I wiped (sorry for tmi) but its the only way to explain it. It's strechy. Watery like. Anyways I took an ovulation test and one line is dark and the other is super light.
