Frequent headaches

I'm 10w+1d and I have been getting headaches a lot, some of them feel pretty close to a migrane. I don't want to keep taking Tylenol all the time, but I have tried laying down, walking outside, and an ice pack on my neck and nothing seems to budge it. I eat regular meals and drink a lot of water. I go in to my ob on Friday, but any suggestions on remedies for the pain?
