So this is my first time really being pregnant but with all the symptoms - morning sickness mostly - I wonder how people hide it from everyone until the second trimester. I have decided to tell people at work because I don't want them thinking I have some obscure illness they may get. How are you all handling telling others? FYI we don't plan on going Facebook official until we hear our baby's heartbeat.
