Has anyone's child had the parvo virus? My 2 year old does and want to know how long it takes to pass. All he does is sleep :(

Why didn't you ask the doc that diagnosed it?

I had that as an adult & it was horrible. I slept alot. The rash was very itchy my dr recommend I use a hydrocortisone cream. Let him rest, but make sure he still gets enough fluid.

My son just had that! He was sore and tired like you're talking for a couple days, then got better. The rash they get stays around for about another week after they start feeling better. There's nothing they can do, so just make sure he's eating and drinking and his fever doesn't get out of hand.
