Can I get the symptoms??

So my wife got pregnant 4 months ago but we lost our baby ..and I would threw up a lot and have like morning sickness like if I was getting the symptoms.. We went the clinic to get her pregnant we are a lesbian couple and myself I have a 8 year old son so we try again to get her pregnant she is 3 days late and I'm feeling the same way like the other  pregnancy and for the past 4 days  I been throwing up and feeling nauseous the question is that is it possible that I could get the symptoms and not her ??? That when I know she is pregnant??
