Medication while pregnant

I have been on anxiety meds for five years but went off of them when I found out I was pregnant. My anxiety has been horrible and I was getting more and more depressed so at my last appointment my dr insisted I go back on Celexa. She says the potential side effects to baby are extremely rare and that the anxiety/depression/stress I'm experiencing could be much more harmful to my pregnancy. So I'm back in it but it says on the label not to take while breastfeeding which I plan to do. Mixed messages about the safety of it all over the Internet. Anyone have experience with this? Please share!
