Our dog bit my husband

Our dog ran out behind my husband as he was backing out and ran over his paw. Our dog ran inside the house and my husband got out the truck to check on him, and once my husband got close, he bit right threw his hand. Now its swollen. The first pic is after he cleaned it. The second and last one is from just now. Does it look infected ? What should we do ?
