Surge of pregnancy symptoms

Anybody else get a surge of pregnancy symptoms at 12-ish weeks? I'm 12w4d and today my nipples are aching and my morning sickness is back with a vengeance. Anyone else relate? I was really hoping these symptoms were going to be done this week... :(
