So I'm a little troubled. I met a young woman that was looking for a friend as she is TTC. We connected on a different <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">pregnancy app</a> and have been communicating via private messages. She initially told me that the women in that TTC forum wouldn't respond to her and I think I may have found out why. She is 20, she stated that she isn't actively trying but she isn't preventing either. I told her that there isn't a rush, that this is your time to be selfish, make ridiculous mistakes lol, spend money frivolously, travel, make new friends etc. She is defending her wanting to get pregnant by stating that a baby doesn't stop your life which it doesn't but it can delay certain things and at the age of 20 I just don't get the why. I'm 29 and turn 30 in November and couldn't imagine taking care of someone else at 20. I'm going to stop communicating with her but I just wanted to get others opinions. Was I harsh? I really tried my best to be super sweet and nice to her but she doesn't understand why I don't think it's good for her to have a child at this stage in her life. She is just very defensive and since I'm pregnant she wanted me to help her but I ABSOLUTELY, 100% refuse. Thoughts?
