Hungry every 2hrs?

So I'm only 7weeks pregnant & find myself eating a good size meal and then 2hrs later I'm hungry again is this normal and only been a couple weeks??

Omg! I'm blessed to have never known what real hunger feels like until now! I get so Hangry! I am now a master at healthy snacking, kind bars, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese and crackers, and Persian cucumbers. I obsessively pack and bring snacks to work and have to eat every two hours or the stomach growls are so loud that they interrupt meetings. The only time I've been nauseated is every two hours if I don't eat. Food keeps the yuck feeling away. I'm also eating big lunches and dinners and I have only gained one pound the whole first trimester so you know it's going somewhere but I really stay away from high-calorie non-nutritious food😊👍🏽

I have been like that since week 14, I crack up as I pack my massive lunch box in the morning with tons of snacks. I'm all about cheese right now so cottage cheese, strong cheese, Babybell cheese, lol. Usually add a couple kinds of fruit and granola bars just to be safe. I think I am growing a garbage disposal instead of a baby!

I'm always hungry. Sometimes I just need extra snack to hold me over. I bring tons to work now and I'm not really worried about how much I eat. The baby needs it and you should do what your body is telling you in regards to eating. Also drink lots of water cause that can sometimes help with your constant hunger

Lol that's how I was my entire 1st trimester! I would wake up in the middle of the night starving. 
I would try to eat snacks in between meals like fruit or veggies.

I think so. I was hungry a lot in the begging, has tappered off slighlty, 21 weeks now.

Your body needs extra energy to help your little one grow. Try to eat small meals every few hours so that you won't be so hungry, but you also won't gain too much weight too fast.
