How long did it take you to feel 'back to normal'... Down there... After natural delivery? I'm almost 3weeks post partum, had a tear that was repaired with stitches (it was in my labia not perineum- only hurts sometimes if I cross my legs), but still feel generally swollen and sore.
Anyone else have this experience?
