Nervous/worried

The DH and I have finally decided to TTC! I'm so excited but worried/nervous too. I am 26 turn 27 in November my DH is 31. I have been on birth control pretty much since I started my period due to endometriosis. I got off the birth control on 8/22 and we have an apt with the dr on 9/29, I'm worried that with the combo of me being on birth control and the endo things are not going to happen. Ive also never had the chance to track my cycles and all that so this is all new to me, I don't know what my regular cycle is, I couldn't tell you the last time I had a full period. I've had a lapo once when I was 16 to remove the endo was under for 3 in a half hours so I'm also worried about scar tissue. Any reassurance?
