Stitches..

Anyone else dealing with painful healing with their stitches? I'm 5wks pp, I had a 4th degree tear and was literally stitched up from the inside out. My externally stitches have dissolved but the external ones are still working their way out. Saw the dr Tuesday and everything looked great but I'm still dealing with burning, poking and sometimes very sharp pains when I move to fast. If you did have a 3rd degree + tear how are you healing and what are you doing to manage the pain?
