Anybody ever been told they had a cmv virus after blood test?

I was told I have this and it's something everyone has at some point in their life but during pregnancy it can cause multiple problems and problems for the child later after birth... I'm so stressed out waiting for the doctors second results with the avidity strength, this being an issue depends on the levels of when u got the virus, am I the only one that's had this I hope someone on here has experienced this, well actually I don't hope that cause that's horrible..but I hope somebody  knows something about this.
