How do you drink 8-10 glasses of water?

Gosh im on my 5th cup and have drank about 40 ounces and i need another 3 to 5 to be at the correct amount to drink during pregnancy. How do others do it?

A straw helps a lot. I will drink a lot more if I can drink from a straw.

It has to be really really cold. Also try lemon. And I'll second the straw. I bought a large travel mug w a straw and literally carry it everywhere my husband makes fun of me.

I was the same way. Pre-pregnancy I would drink a diet coke and a bottle of water and MAYBE a second bottle of water in a full day. Now I just try to keep my tumbler full of ice cold water with lemon and strawberries in it. The flavor helps a lot. Also, I know if I don't drink enough I will get incredibly crampy and that's motivation for me to drink enough to not have to go through that and potentially harm my little one.

Using my mouth. Mostly in a water bottle, sometimes in a cup.

But seriously, using a straw helps a lot. Pace yourself throughout the day.

I have never been a big liquid drinker do its been hard. Mixing fruit in, a little bit of grape juice, a little lemonade powder has helped me with my water.

I keep a giant pitcher of water in the fridge with my straw and u just drink that all day long some times a finish it and sometimes I don't

I've been drinking [at least] a gallon a day for a few years. What helped me at the beginning is to buy a gallon jug and make lines on the jug and write either a time to have it completed by or a phrase to keep me motivated at each line, or notch. If you break it up, it's way easy! Now I drink it without a second thought. Other than coffee, water is the only thing I drink.

I like to put a little lemon aide in my water just to give it a little flavor. Or even some cranberry juice.

Don't focus on cups,  I got a 20 oz bottle and I strive for 3 bottles that gets you close to 8 cups without feeling as much because you aren't constantly filling up your cup
