positional talipes ....

my son was born on Sept 1st they said he has positional talipes on one foot , has anyone else experienced this ? did it self correct with physio ? did it need treatment ? has it effected your child in the long run for example with walking ? I have googled it but it doesn't answer my questions so any help would be appreciated girls , his is definitely noticeable il attach picture xx
