Ease into exercising?

The past months have been very tough for me, due to extreme depression and anxiety and I've gained a little bit of weight, and lost what little muscle I had. 
I want to ease into exercising, start with simple things I can do for a few minutes a day - some days are hard to get up at all so I want to start small. 
Any suggestions on things I could do to help become a little more fit?
