I'm curious..How many of you researched your BC and/or read the facts sheet when you got it?

I've seen so many people asking what their chances are getting pregnant while on your BC which is surprising to me because every BC comes with a facts sheet or some kind of sheet telling you this info and all about what your taking.

-I read at least one
-I didn't read anything..just take what the Dr. Ordered

I googled different birth controls and read through the pamphlet that I got from the doctor before taking it. When it comes to something that could make or break my future or change my body in very significant ways, I'd like to know as much as possible about it. I cannot afford a child mentally or financially at this point in time so I'd like to make sure I'm not going to get pregnant.

I had read the packet and googled any other info I needed before ever starting any birth control method or type. And I made sure to discuss any questions I had when my midwife prescribed it to me. I'd never take any medication without knowing as much as possible about it.

I didn't read anything about the pill (my first bc), I skimmed over the sheet they gave me for the patch (my second bc), I asked a ton of questions and read all the papers they gave me before I got Nexplanon(my 3rd bc), and I also asked a ton of questions for the depo Provera shot (my 4th and current bc). Struggling to find a bc that's right for me
