Achey legs normal?

Hey you guys so I'm four weeks pregnant (and four days) and my legs have started aching really bad, is this normal? It's driving me nuts.

Make sure to take prenatals, up your potassium intake, and drink alot of water. A lack of potassium threw my mom's whole body into muscle spasms and it started with her legs. A lack of water can dehydrate you leaving your muscles tired. And your prenatals should be taking care of the rest. Your body is adjusting to something completely new and wonderful :) unfortunately you won't feel that part of it until afterwards.

It doesn't get better I can tell you that much. I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs in order to sleep and I'm almost 15 weeks.
