Bleeding after sex

I'm 31 I've been having sex since I was 17 so for the most part that whole bleeding thing stopped a long time ago.  Recently, meaning the past 6 months or so the majority of the time after my husband and I have sex I bleed.  Not spotting, like I had a bloody nose and soaked a Handful of tissues.  We are currently seeing a fertility specialist and plan on moving forward with the iui procedure we discussed.  Anyone else had issues with bleeding post sex?
