Condom breaks?

If I fill the condom with water after we use it and it doesn't leak does that mean the condom didn't break? Should I feel confident that we had safe sex then?

Usually you can definitely tell whether a condom has broken. It's not I tiny hole but usually a big rip or tear and it's pretty obvious. It's only happened to me once but it was very obvious! Due to the nature of the latex even if a tiny hole did appear it would be very easy for it to become a big rip or tear, so again it would be noticeable.
